Questions from the Depth

Map of the Soul

Some questions do not have simple answers. They invite us to look beneath what is immediately visible and become curious about the patterns, images, relationships, and experiences shaping our lives.

Why do I keep repeating the same relationship patterns?

Sometimes we recognize that different relationships leave us with remarkably similar feelings, conflicts, or disappointments. Although the people may change, something in the pattern seems to return.

Repeating a relationship pattern does not necessarily mean that we consciously chose it. What feels familiar may be shaped by early relationships, unconscious expectations, protective responses, and ways of seeking connection that developed long before we could understand them.

Depth-oriented psychotherapy creates a space to approach the pattern with curiosity. Rather than asking only, “How can I stop doing this?” we may also ask, “What is this pattern asking me to understand?”

Would you like to explore a pattern that continues to return in your life?

Depth-oriented psychotherapy offers a place to approach these experiences with curiosity and care.
