Beginning Our Work
All new clients begin by scheduling a paid session. I do not offer complimentary consultation calls. During the first session, we will discuss what brings you to this work, consider which service may be right for you, and decide next steps together.
Payment and Insurance
My specialized depth-oriented services are primarily offered on a private-pay basis. I also participate with select Ambetter and Blue Cross Blue Shield plans for eligible psychotherapy services. Coverage varies by plan, location, and service and must be verified before treatment begins.
